This is exactly why I use your existing content instead of research-based writing. Your book is created from YOUR actual words during our interview, combined with your existing content. I don't research your topic and write about it - I capture how YOU naturally explain your expertise. The result sounds like you because it IS you, just professionally organised and structured.
Your book will be 75-125 pages of focused, valuable content. This length is actually more effective than 300+ page books because readers actually finish them and implement the advice. Quality and impact matter more than page count for business books.
If you don't have existing content, that's entirely okay. You can still book a call and I will help you identify your book's outline and I can then give you a template of what content you can create to help us write your book. This will take you no more than 2 hours of recording time to get the content you need for your book.
Without existing content, we'd need to rely entirely on interviews, which requires significantly more time and changes the approach.

Minimal time commitment is exactly why I use this process. You'll spend about 25 minutes on the initial form, 1-2 hours in a strategy session, working on the existing content you already have and drafting an outline for your book, in interviews (depending on your existing content), and brief review time when the book is complete. That's it. No writing, no research, no months of work. Most clients are amazed at how little time it actually takes from their schedule.
